Our physical workshops are designed to get you moving and improve your physical wellbeing. Each session is run by an experienced and qualified fitness/health instructor and designed specifically to suit the needs of those attending.
Group Fitness classes provide the opportunity to be surrounded by dedicated, like-minded individuals. It doesn't get much more empowering than a class with an encouraging instructor and supportive people all working hard together. Group fitness is a great way to help motivate yourself and others to dig deeper and push harder in workouts.
Participating in a physical challenge or following an exercise plan acts as a ‘roadmap’ that clearly identifies the steps you need to take to reach your desired destination and a goal to work toward. If you need specific goals to keep you on track, we can help to prepare you to sign up for a race or challenge and help to develop a training plan to help work towards that goal.
We also encourage the development of physical leadership, with programmes designed to use sport and physical activity to help people develop and hone their leadership skills whilst helping themselves and others to stay physically active.
