Our physical workshops are designed to get you moving and enhance your overall health. Each class is led by an experienced fitness/health instructor and is particularly suited to the participants' needs.
Group fitness is a great way to encourage yourself and others to dig deeper and push harder during workouts. A physical challenge or fitness plan provides a 'roadmap' and a goal to work towards. We can assist you prepare to enter a race or challenge, as well as develop a training plan to keep you on track.
We also encourage the development of physical leadership, with programmes designed to use sport and physical activity to help people develop and hone their leadership skills whilst helping themselves and others to stay physically active.
Our lifestyle workshops are designed to help you achieve the optimal balance between work, family and achieving a healthy lifestyle. The workshops deal with nutrition, wellness in the family, occupational health and the interaction between these to achieve holistic wellness.
Striking that perfect balance between career and family has always been a challenge for many. Our schedules are getting busier than ever before, which often causes our work or our personal lives to suffer. Work-life balance involves juggling workplace stress with the daily pressures of family, friends, and self.
The Lifelong Learning programmes cover a variety of educational and learning subjects aimed at personal and professional growth. The sessions are designed to help participants discover their creative qualities and find new methods to develop their knowledge and skills. Our objective is that learning should be a lifelong experience for everyone.
Leadership and communication skills are valuable because they benefit you in many facets of your life. You'll learn how to own your personal and professional obligations, communicate effectively, and collaborate with others to achieve a common objective.
Starting a new career path is both exhilarating and intimidating, and it may be difficult and stressful at times. Effectively managing this orientation allows for contextualised viewpoint and options, as well as the planning of a professional path that is appropriate for you.
Our social & emotional workshops are all about developing and sense of connection, purpose and belonging. They help with the management of emotions, setting and achieving positive goals, coping effectively and fostering relationships, self-awareness and responsible decision making.
Workshops are held in groups to encourage conversation and sharing while at the same time our qualified counsellors are also available for individual personal sessions.
Through our guided activities, participants will develop and implement a regular self-care practice that improves all areas of wellbeing including sleep, exercise, relationships and nutrition. The self will leave ready with a self care plan that's tailored to their personality lifestyles and objectives.
